My recent stay at the Emerald Palace completely exceeded my high expectations. The spacious private room offered breathtaking views of the street and the nearby chapel, creating a serene atmosphere that was further enhanced by the efficient air conditioning and excellent heating-perfect for the warm Italian summer. I was particularly impressed by the well-equipped dressing area, providing ample space and privacy for getting ready, which is often overlooked in many establishments. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a wonderful bonus, allowing me to stay connected while enjoying my time in Florence. the hotel's location is unmatched; just steps away from the Mercato Centrale and within walking distance of all major attractions, making it an ideal base for exploration. The hospitality shown by the staff, especially the warm guidance in finding non-tourist dining options, made my experience even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem for anyone seeking comfort and convenience in the heart of Florence.
